Our 3rd Walking Parade which has grown considerably over the years, will leave Christ Church on Great King Street at 11am and aim to be in the Market Place 11.45am.

There will be a variety of community stalls within St Michael’s Church grounds along with the Circus Academy and a few Mascots. There will also be a photo opportunity on the large deckchairs provided by Macclesfield Town Council.

Our performers will include Sylk Dance Academy, Andy Hofton, Tommy J from BGT, Lady Gaga tribute, Jordan Leigh Dance Academy, Wolf, Paige Mac – this years Karaoke winner, Gay Gordon’s, Mal McDonald and Stella Black.

The theme for this years pride is “Around the World” Every year millions of people participate in Pride celebrations and parades around the world.  This shows support for the LGBTQIA+ community who continue to face violence and harassment in every country.  Let us also remember those countries where it is still illegal for same sex relationships.  So please pledge your support to the LGBTQIA+ community, to promote equality and celebrate diversity, by increasing visibility and reducing negativity.
